INstead of Hinata's dad, Neji's dad was given up (they're twins) since when he died, the curse mark would also ensure the Byakugan was destroyed when he died.

@@marcroy2895 Not really, he never tries to use it on actual sociopaths and he always has an in through someone they care about so the way he gets to them isn't unrealistic (up to this point. Here and after this it does get pretty cringey). Is it extremely unrealistic and way too convenient that he has these mutual connections with these villains, that they're written specifically to have parallels to him, yes. The TNG itself makes sense, his ability to know enough about the person for it to work doesn't. He's not a Mary Sue, he does have to earn it through suffering, the worst crime the way he's written can be accused of is plot convenience.

What's really cool is and not always noticed is that Darui immediately informed the Raikage that Kakashi was there. Raikage already recognised him and asked if the Hokage sent him. This means that the Raikage assumes Kakashi to be someone strong enough that he would be sent to try and assasinate a Kage like him.

This is an unrealistic scenario. So called friendship. Can you call someone afield who nearly killed you and tried to kill the girl you liked? Sasuke willingly joined a terrorist who killed both the Hokage and Kazekage. Who killed B (even though we know he's not dead), joined an organization who is tied to S class criminals, and have attacked villages, killed Gaara essentially, the 3rd Kazekage as well. They also killed Yugito a joined from the Hidden cloud, and countless other crimes. Yet this character is supposedly worth saving.

11:25 Hinata's dad killed a Cloud ninja that was kidnapping her for her eyes and the Leaf decided to prosecute him instead of going to war with the Cloud. Her uncle (Neji's dad) took the blame and was executed in his place which is why Neji used to hate her. It was explained in Naruto's fight with Neji.

Neijs Father was the one who was killed. Hinatas Father is the Head of the Clan and was suppose to die but Neijs Father went in his place since they were twins it was easy to pull off. Thats what caused Neiji to hate the Main Branch. Neiji was later told about the truth on how his Dad willingly chose to go in Hinatas Fathers place but not as "a branch member protecting the Main Branch" but as "a Brother protecting his Brother" and thats what changed Neiji to be a better person and the Hidden Cloud Village was the Village that tried to kidnap Hinata but there Shinobi were killed by Hinatas Father and The Cloud wanted him dead as payment.

The things is that Naruto bowing like that was the right thing to do, while it didn't convince the Raikage at least he didn't man up in his face that would've been the wrong thing to do. Think about it that's a village leader and they're still in a time of war conflict can arise as easy as a lift of a finger so it's a delicate matter. Let's say that Naruto demanded that Sasuke would be spared and the Raikage (a hot blooded and easy to anger indivisual) got offended it wouldn't be too far fetch that he'd demand Naruto's head for his insolence. That would cause a chain reaction of war between the cloud and the leaf which is something Naruto doesn't want so the way he approached the situation was ok it's just that the Raikage wasn't gonna be convinced in 1 conversation with an unknown entity about sparing the man who beat his brother and kidnapped him.

In regards to the Hyuga (11:22), their Dojutsu (Byakugan) is one of the strongest and on parallel to the Sharingan. There have been moments where other villages have attempted to steal or have stolen a Hyuga Clan's eyes from battle (2nd / 3rd Great Ninja War) or espionage (Hinata's attempted kidnapping). Neji's father was a casualty in Hinata's attempted kidnapping. To stave off what would have been a 4th Great Ninja War between Leaf and Cloud shinobi, Neji's father sacrificed himself for the good of the village. The Cloud demanded the sacrifice for an emissary dying in the Leaf's village, which they got (Neji's father), but they did not get his eyes. The Cloud's attempt at obtaining the Byakugan Dojutsu failed.

Hinata was kidnapped by the "head ninja" cloud for her Byakugan and when he got killed by Hiashi for doing that, they demanded Hiashi's body as recompense for killing their shinobi. Konoha could have easily gone to a war over it but they stopped because they didn't want bloodshed and agreed to comply to cloud's demands. But instead of Hiashi, Hizashi volunteered to die for Hiashi. So Hizashi was sacrificed to avert a war that cloud could have potentially started and that's what Yamato was talking about.

They did mention the Hyuga incident but really long ago so its fair if you don't remember. It was all the way back to Naruto vs. Neji in the Chunin Exams. Neji talked about a top shinobi from the hidden cloud had kidnapped Hinata in order to get the Byakugan. Hinata father killed that shinobi and was about to spark a war between the two villages. So in order to keep peace they had to sacrifice the head of the Hyuga family, who was subbed in by Neji's father.

That's the thing, TNJ could never have worked in those two at those points. Sasuke was willing to listen to Naruto, by the time he puts the bandana, but Naruto, lacking the understanding of where Sasuke was coming from back then, couldn't meet him halfway. And with the Raikage, There was nothing Naruto could have said to convince him. Because the Raikage was blinded by hatred. Wich is the point of the story, as Jiraiya said, there is too much of it in the shinobi world. And makes people who would otherwise listen, deaf to what others said. We see it is so later on, when B and Naruto TnJ the Raikage + Tsunade. You could argue, that their actions spoken louder then words, but no shit, TNJ was ALWAYS acompanied by actions as well. That's why it always worked when used, aside from those times of course, because the "victims" can't contradict neither the words or the actions of Naruto. It's one of the things Kishimoto did right. And hell, Naruto even had to learn this crap through painful methods. He reached Neji and Gaara because of the years of suffering he faced prior. He reached Chio through his kindness and understanding of Gaara's condition, even if he was an outsider. He failed Sasuke twice, because he couldn't understand lost, and reach an understanding of what made him tic. But by the next time, he did. Since he Lost Jiraiya. That loss was also what made him able to connect with Nagato on a level that his words got through to him. People complain about it, but TNJ is what made Naruto not another generic shonen, instead becoming what would inspire stuff like Demon Slayer, My hero and Jujutsu.

Persons always debate who was naruto's real fried Sasuke or Shikamaru.. I however, always come to the conclusion that it's Sasuke.. Sasuke is not good at showing his emotions because of his proud nature but Naruto still sees it.. he's really just trying to save Sasuke for Sasuke, for what friend wouldn't want to try to save a friend.. only difference is where others woud give up Naruto didn't.. Just remember as much as he shows he hates Naruto, if Naruto was being attacked in his presence, his 'body would just move' to save him even if it meant his death... Also the intro OST is just so fitting
