I think Kenny was so "innocent" that no one wanted to believe his twisted secret and I think that was the intent, to make the viewer torn because Kenny was so sweet, sensitive, and bullied, it made him sympathetic, so the reveal at the end was all the more terrifying. But the confirmation was when his Mom said "Kids, Kenny", because the hacker/blackmailers were exposing everyone by actually sending the incriminating evidence to their loved ones, so his mother was actually looking at the incriminating video/photos of what Kenny was doing. Everything else leading up to it were just hints, but looking back on it, Kenny was in deep denial about what he'd done.

It was pretty clear what Kenny was after the revealing. I wasn't in denial
Also, I cannot believe you guys didn't catch on to the fact that when the guy asked him "how young were they"? That was suppose to be a CLUE right there! The guy was NOT asking him if they were kids because he's into that (although he most likely is) but he was SARCASTICALLY asking him that too, because he knows that just looking at pictures is not going to cause the hackers to make his life miserable. Kenny was doing illegal activities, and the guy knew it. And Kenny's reaction to not answering him but instead crying should be enough to convince you. And the mother clearly says to him on the phone, "Kenny what did you do?! They said you were looking at kids!" How did you guys miss all that?

On the other hand actresses can look apathetic or even like enjoying themselves, while actually just being under the involuntary influence of drugs aka being raped. The whole rp genre doesn't make the matter easier decipher. The porn industry in it's entirety is a rough business and sometimes people die from practices/the drugs they take to dull the pain.

I wouldn't wish this to a child predator, let alone a person who watches cp. This is the worst thing someone could be sentenced to, right after being burned alive and 'White Christmas'. Sure, put them to jail forever and never let them taste freedom again, but someone who sentences a criminal to this, no matter what their crime is, is no different to me than that criminal. The 'eye for an eye' mentality is a 6th century, outdated mentality, and should be left behind. The hackers are not righteous or whatever. It's like the villagers grabbing torches and pitchforks, and they go out on their own and kill someone in town for doing somehting that isn't right. While the person that is being punished might have been doing something wrong, the villagers can not take matters into their own hands and play judge, jury and executioner. That's the rule of the mob. It's why we have courts and a justice system and lawyers and shit. Because how do you make sure that these vigilantes follow some type of moral code themselves? If they deem an action immoral, then they can simply proceed and enact whatever punishment they feel suits the crime. It's unjust, immoral and criminal in and of itself. If they were trying to make the world a better place, they should've simply informed the authorities, hand them the evidence, and let the system take care of it. What they did was criminal just the same, and probably even worse than being a sexual deviant with a fetish, or a racist, or whatever. Especially the fact that they did it to multiple people, blackmailing them, forcing them into doing shit none of them wanted to do, and people got hurt, or killed even. They're not Zorros, they're hypocrites that deserve to be trialled themselves. Quite obviously too. The fact that the Normies were debating this is kinda funny though.

XaeeD the courts don't punish them enough, if the people of society felt like peadophiles got punished fairly for their crimes they wouldn't get the backlash as bad as they do. so you can also blame the legal system for not doing their part hence why many peadophiles get killed while they're already incarcerated by other prisoners because they don't get nowhere near long enough or punished appropriately

People who defend or brush off watching child porn treating it as not harmful should have to experience everything the kids experience in the making of the porn. It is not a victimless crime. It's a disgusting attitude to act as though it's so much better than actually molesting a kid. Those kids ARE molested. And then it's made public. They grow up and the reminder is out there every day. They have to live knowing people are getting off to their abuse. That's a horrible thing to go through.

Yes, the people they were fucking with were awful, but they could have just as easily given an anonymous tip to the cops/wife/colleagues about the individuals they hacked. Heres the truth of the matter: Not all rapists and/or child molesters are pedophiles and not all pedophiles go on to rape or molest. But here is a statistic society consistently ignores: Most people who have been raped or molested as children DO NOT go on to rape or molest children. HOWEVER, the majority of those who rape or molest children *HAVE BEEN raped or molested as children*. The question is, how can we create a system that protects children well enough, so that a portion of that broken population doesn't grow up to victimize others the same way they were victimized? Why aren't we researching the link between childhood trauma and the impulse to abuse??

The hackers are horrible and would ruin people's lives just for entertainment. The African guy in the end didn't deserve the confrontation from his wife because he was gay. This all just proves that the hackers were truly the bad guys because they invade people's privacy. The hackers should go to jail.

Hackers are real evil here for me. If they had just revealed their dark secrets to their family etc. that was enough punishment for them but hackers forcing them into commiting even bigger crimes just for their fun was fked up.

Great discussion you guys. I watch your channel not just to see oohs & aahs on game of thrones episodes, but the great discussions you all have afterwards. Love you all, but Navi a little bit more. She reminds me of some of my friends from school and college. Seems like a great friend who will have your back

Btw I personally believe that he wasn't 'forced' to kill the man. If he is ready to kill someone just for his secrets to stay secret then it means he's ready to continue which means in future he will definitely participate in the act.
@coffeeveins7 жыл бұрын
Alisha Ibrahim to be fair, when told he would have to kill the other guy, he pulled out a gun...and proceeded to try and use it on himself. He never attacked the other man. The other guy chased and then jumped him when he realized the gun wasn't loaded. So technically it could be considered self defence since he knew the other guys intent was to kill him and was attacked first. His other crimes though...yeah, he's outta luck there.
@Adrian9oh97 жыл бұрын
coffeeveins Exactly. He didn't "kill someone just for his secrets" because at that point, it was either him or the other guy that was going to die after he attempted to off himself. You can get disgusted at all the other shitty things Kenny did but judging his actions in that specific situation is a pretty unfair. Why would anyone let themselves be brutally beaten to death in a slow, painful way? If anything, it was the other pedo that was willing to kill for his secrets.

Kenny tried to kill himself first, and if he tried to "run away," the other dude was faster and bigger than him, and he would've been murdered if he didn't fight back at that point.

The scene where he was watching appropriate-age porn and the scene where he gets arrested actually make sense. The first one, because he was disinterested and bored with what was onscreen, looking away and fidgeting, a way that NO straight teen boy would behave- unless he has a sick perversion that regular porn won't fill. And the arresting scene- It's true that if viewing child porn was his only crime, because he's barely 18, he would probably be sent to a rehabilitation center or an institution rather than prison, BUT the thing is that's NOT his only crime. You guys said that he beat the shit out of the other guy, but it's implied that he actually KILLED that guy, because he didn't want his secret to be told. That's why he's going to jail- it's for murder. The hackers told him to fight the man but not to kill him, and that's why he's getting punished by law- because they didn't intend for him to commit murder, only to be caught for viewing child porn. They most likely just called the police on his ass after they saw the murder through the webcam. Sorry about the long comment lol, this was bothering me during the discussion
@ViolentFEAR6 жыл бұрын
1. The hackers wrote "fight to death". 2. You still want to project that the hackers did their shit because they were bad people...there is no indication for that in the episode, just your interpretation. Most likely, they're just sadists, using criminals as puppets, because these are the only people they can force to do their commands.

Idk why but for some reason after watching for the first time I always thought the hackers were trolling him by pining the crimes committed by the dude he killed on him. But after rewatching again it all make sense, even him trying to kill himself with the gun that's also why the hackers forced them to fight, they think both of them committed the worst offense and they both deserve to suffer more than everyone else

The fact that people approve of Kenny being mentally abused is sickening. He didn't hurt anyone and he gave in to his urges. He needs counselling and professional help, not a fucking beating.
