Hi Spen or Lew, I think you should create a second team/ reserves that is filled up with lads that aren't getting much game time or with the rest of the academy lads just I don't think its fair people like Charlie Armstrong, James Stevens etc. not being included so maybe a 5 a side or 11 a side league for them to improve and make there way to the first team. Also with some of the club funds I think you should buy your own ground with a grass pitch with a decent capacity and maybe get the first team into a league? Like so they can see this
