I am posting this for Malan is having trouble getting it to stay. This is Malan Gerber, from South Africa. Dr. Stumpf was our house Doctor and he directly saved my life twice. I had two cardiac arrests in his rooms in Durbanville ... and he gave me kiss-of-life twice. He then saved my life again indirectly by taking me in his own car, [at that time the Yellow Page number for the ambulances was out of date!] driving like a madman to get me to the trauma section of Tygerberg Hospital. When he put me on the gurney at Tygerberg Hospital, my heart stopped again, and they had to shock my heart to get it going again. When I woke up in the ICU, the Doctor on duty there told me; "Mr Gerber, you need to thank the person who brought you here. I don't know many people who would have gotten you here alive in your condition." We are therefore talking here about a first-class medical Doctor, who was challenged by Theo Wolmarans to bring visibly sick people to a healing campaign at his church, and that they would be healed. Those people were brought to the healing campaign, as can be seen on the video, and **not one of them was healed**.

Here it is one of the faith healers gone under the microscope of science, and that is Christian scientist, who believe in healing. Every believer in today’s world should watch this video. This faith healer says all the right things exactly the same things they say today and you can see the results. I would say they’ve kind of refined their message, but the results of their work are the same from the 70s through now we’ve yet to have somebody offer medical proof of miracles that they produce. So sad. Leave healing in the hands of God not the fake healers. But they will be judged at the end, they will be judged harshly.

well one thing's for sure, Ap. Theo is not a fake christian healer, he is a faithful man of God. but nonetheless we will pray for those who do not believe so. Plus you can see many of his other healings on KZbin or even better at his church

I don't understand why some Christians could be so blind to believe in false prophets??? They see the devil but believe it is from God!! Mercy on the souls who run after wolves in sheep clothes!! Even if Jesus said that this man is false they will turn around and say no!!

@@lawlawyers6892 all questions are to judge who the false are from the true, because if they can’t, they will be torn to pieces by the, “hogs, dogs, and wolves in sheep’s clothing,” Matthew seven. You err because you don’t know the scriptures or the power of God Mark 12:24.

I have not met Theo Wolmarans, so I can only judge by what I see on this video. Theo Wolmarans promised a boy who could barely stand that he would run that night the video was recorded. That boy almost fell down and had to be assisted by his Dad [and Theo Wolmarans--with a loud OOOPS!!!] The Bible says; Deu 18:21-22; And if thou say in thy heart, How shall we know the word which Jehovah hath not spoken? when a prophet speaketh in the name of Jehovah, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which Jehovah hath not spoken: the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously, thou shalt not be afraid of him. When Theo Wolmarans made that false promise on the video, he was NOT a man of God, according to Deut 18:21-22, PERIOD.

APOSTLE THEO is a man of God and I am in his church. Countless people has been healed by Jesus THROUGH him not BY him, no one hits it right ALL THE TIME. Remember that.

Wait! Jesus never missed, and neither did his apostles until the Lord had to rebuke them for the lack of THEIR faith! Theo is no apostle. That is pure scripture. Study Acts one.

Mark 16 was written about 2000 years before this faith healer failed. In fact, he would have used Mark 16 as his authority to do what he did when he failed.

@@malangerber6160There is no scripture that says healing ever ended, or that is was only for the first apostles. The Bible only gives one reason for healing and miracles not happening - lack of faith. Jesus himself could not heal the people in his own town, ‘because of their unbelief’. And when He came down from the mountain from the transfiguration - to find his disciples unable to cast out a demon ‘due to their unbelief’ - He was not happy. He said ‘you wicked and faithless generation, how much longer will I be with you’. Lack of faith is the problem (according to the Bible), and without faith it is impossible to please God.

@@jazztutorial, Yes, ... lack of faith in the HEALER, not in the patient!! [Pse read Mat 17:19-20]. James said that the 'PRAYER OF FAITH shall save him that is sick'. Jam 5:15. The Bible does not say that Jesus COULD NOT heal. Your statement is a misinterpretation of the Word of God. It says; "And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief." Mat 13:58. Pse watch CHRISTIAN CITY CHALLENGE again, and count the times that Theo Wolmarans made the positive statement that people were healed....and they were not! He lied! He lied several times! He told that boy that he would run--that boy could not even stand by himself. As far as that boy is concerned, Theo Wolmarans was a liar!! And that means while lying, he did not serve Christ and he was not 'a man of God' that night!! WHO was he really serving then!??

The instructions on who to judge and how to judge are in Matthew chapter 7, the whole chapter, not just the first five verses otherwise you would not know who the “hogs, dogs and wolves in sheep clothing are, and if you don’t know, they will turn and tear you to pieces spiritually.

Apostle Theo is a genuine man of God, don't call him a "faith healer" no tricks no gimmicks just the pure healing power of God.. I have been healed in one of the services and remain still healed from this particular affliction till today

There are no apostles today and anyone who ventures to call himself one is a great big fat liar, doesn’t know scripture and could not stand the test of a scripture discussion. If there were any apostles today, it would be impossible for us to be saved because it would mean that the apostles of Christ in the first century had not done their job. Their entire job was going to testify of the, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus the Christ to and to establish all the doctrine for the Lords church and its government. Period period. Period. Period. Period. If you read Acts chapter 1, very carefully, you will see that the addition of Mathias was a one time event only and can never happen again because there is no one alive today that was at the Lord’s baptism and who Was there at the time of his death, burial and resurrection. Completely out in the left field I don’t even know where to begin the discussion but once you buy into these lies, you can buy into anybody at the spur of the moment doctrine of lies. Remember this that the word apostle just means messenger and there were other apostles i.e. messengers in the New Testament, but they were not THE Lord’s apostles. Be sure to heat the Lord’s warning in March 12: 24. The only reasons we ever err is because we neither know the scriptures nor the power of God. Study careful my friend.

If you will look at Galatians chapter 3, you should note the difference between “faith“ and “THE faith.” If you understand the grammatical essence of a direct (the) article in our language, versus an indirect (a) it should cause the hair to stand up on the back of your neck based on what you have said. Because you can easily find your own error. “A“ dog or faith, versus “the” dog or “the” faith is ONE very specific dog or faith. Galatians 3 speaks indirectly of “faith,“ but then narrows it down to ONE very specific faith. THE Faith, which saves. The issue is that we must be saved the Bible way and not someway that a preacher has invented that has become very popular - like Calvin, etc. Bible only like Calvin said, but never did. Would you care to disclose how exactly you were saved using when, where and how in your testimony as to how you were saved?

I don't believe any of this nonsense, that is being poured out now.. Ps. Theo is a good solid man.. And this clip is very old and if you know Theo and have been with him, you will know that he already acknowledged the error in this old very old video. Since then he has repented and move on ahead because God has forgiven him. That was then.. The then and now is a far cry of what you are trying to prove here. GO and speak to Theo Wolamarans himself and stop misleading people based on a very very old video clip. This means that you are on a witch hunt.. Go speak to the man.

@@ronnierampersad6698 I am very eager for Theo to be forgiven, and to start preaching and gospel of Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, that has not yet happened. I was not aware that he ever confessed what he did in South Africa was in error, but there are still a lot of people who are hurting because of his false prophecy. I am not the type that will make accusations without solutions, so allow me to paste in a document online that you should study very carefully. No one has ever been able to refute what is written there because it is simply Bible. I know this better than most because it was Dr. Desmond Stumpf who must be credited with my obedience to the gospel. I am truly more grateful than I could ever say I came out of Pentecostalism. No ways. Pastor Theo does not run a cult. I go to the church, he encourages us to read the Bible ourselves and equip ourselves. He has grown in the ministry too.

@@lawlawyers6892 god does indeed say not to touch his anointed, but I am judging by the power given every Christian in Matthew chapter 7 that Theo has never obeyed the gospel, and thus in NOT anointed of God, doesn’t even know what that means and isn’t even a Christian yet. And yet you call him an apostle? Let me tell you something you are in error because you’ve known not the Scriptures or the power of God. It is impossible to have any apostles on the earth today. You might say well if God decides to put apostles on the earth, then we will have apostles, but then I would tell you that God would have to become a liar in order to do that because he has already established his word (read second Peter one: three) For all of life and godliness. Let me say it emphatically. It is impossible to have any more apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth because they were only to witness his death, burial, resurrection, and baptism. That is all If you want to debate your own healing with me, you can give me the details of that. But I can guarantee you that Theo just got lucky because it is impossible to do what he claims he can do and if not, you ask him if he is ready to take another challenge this time in the United States of America and this time with all the news media invited instead of just one TV channel. Or you can take the challenge anybody can take the challenge. I have people who are still alive living in Cape Town South Africa, who witnessed the entire event. I have long hoped for somebody in the United States to take up the challenge that Theo took in South Africa, so that we can sue the pants off of them! They are causing the eternal death of millions of people, because they do not know the scriptures or the power of God. They are FAKE. Now it’s your turn to take the challenge!

I was in his church, for about half an hour they preach to give them money. Pastor Theo accused me and my friend to be satanists in front of the whole church, because I had a book called,, devil's dissipels,, a Christian book that warned you about Christian rock, but we were forced by the diacons to go to the front, so Theo ask us if we were involved in satanism, we answered no, he ask us if we were involved in witchcraft,, we answered no, the he ask us if we were involved in any form of Satanism,, we said no,, but then they started to pray for us, then we fell backwards but not of the holy spirit but out of ourselves, because we just wanted this embarrassment to be over. I knew a man, he sowed me a picture of himself in a newspaper article where he lifted up his wheelchair and was healed by Theo, he told me it was all a scam, Theo paid him to preform this act, Thanks

While Doctor (a real physician) is deceased I have Malan Gerber who is a witness to all of these events still living in South Africa whom I will fly to America or wherever you want to present Theo with the same challenge that he failed before

@@donwood2972Healing is always God's wil ,Jesus paid for it and NEVER said No to anybody for healing Isaiah 53 4-5,Psalm 103:3, Matthew 8 16-17.Jesus expect every born again BELIEVER to preach the gospel and heal the sick ,however not one christian has a 100 percent record,just like the apostles,that don't make you a false prophet.Some people they never do anything or pray for the sick but want to criticize people who do pray.

Possibly ... but why was that boy being assisted to stand? Isn't Christ powerful enough to make him stand by himself? AND, after he was promised the ability to run, ... why could he not even stand by himself? Why would 'a true man of God' and a worker of 'real miracles' so blatantly lie to a young boy!!??

@@malangerber6160 Jesus taught us to practice faith, has everything that you prayed for or declared come to pass? Have you ever declared anything, maybe about your life? If it does not happen, does that mean you are a false believer? it is so easy to judge.

If they were not fake, this video would never have been made. You can accept exactly the same challenge that “Doctor “ Theo Wolmarans accepted and you will come up with exactly the same results that he did. You need to be taught the Bible because it teaches us in first Corinthians 13:8-12 that the gifts mentioned in first Corinthians 12:7-10 would be stopped and they were only “partial“ to begin with if you will just read the scripture. God‘s word is the proof of that in second Peter one: two, three and eight. You need to be saved, and if you think you are saved, tell us HOW you were saved, and let’s compare your experience against God’s word so that you can know for certain.

Not every healing is instantaneous. Even the blind man first saw trees. It also depends heavily on the faith of the sick person. That's why Jesus said "according to your faith." But I'm not here to convince anyone, we all have a free will. My only issue is a pastor should not be involved in any challenges to try to convince skeptics, maybe this is why in this instance they weren't healed because God was not in this. But many people do get healed in his services.
