These horses are magnificent! Please don't let this park annihilate them - they are going to kill the herd!!! Please call, write and email them to not do that! Please write a post on their FB page to allow these iconic wild animals to continue to live there!!! Teddy Roosevelt would be horrified by their plans to destroy this herd and these horses!!!

Aww, the beautiful badlands of North Dakota! North Dakota is my SECOND home, as Eastern Montana (which also has badlands) is where I am from. I have driven through the badlands countless times and on one occasion, the horses were near the fence line that borders the interstate.

these are beautiful horses. Has DNA been done on them?
That very first horse, I saw him when I was there last week. I almost ran over him as he was crossing the road.

They call him Circus. Your fortunate to have seen him. He has a way of staying out of sight.

I don't want to keep rattling on but the beauitful 3yr old papered roan filly she bought had 90 days professional training on her. Now if we could just BAN the transport of any horses to Mexico our mission would be complete! We're trying to make a difference one horse at a time and more people should support those that are trying.

n dark horses wish the prarie dogs in the south unit by Medora were being controlled like the horse numbers and the Buffalo too many acres being ruined by prarie dogs
