Vancouver WA in not only not across the border from Vancouver BC, it’s clear down at the southern border of WA and Oregon, about 6 hours south of BC. It has always bothered me way more than it should that Jim hears Michael say "M. Shulman" and is able to immediately make the connection that he means M. Night Shyamalan.
