I can't get enough of Dwight and his imagination. that is so weird that when he imagines a wishful scenario. He never ever goes over the top. When he imagined winning the fight against Jim, he says "18k dollars and a chance at the title". LMAO even during the hotel hell scene he was just a manager in his wildest fantasy. Love him so much for this stupid but hilarious trait

The only thing Michael does critically is that Michael chooses what he tells his employees because he wants to please them. Everything that won’t please them isn’t worth telling them due to the fact that Michael needs to keep his employees happy.
