Roy did so because he thought he was expected to and Oscar showed up but was less than supportive. And Michael fought for her when they sold the Michael Scott Paper Company, getting her a job as a salesperson. I think their relationship was far healthier than most.

How could Craig keep a straight face when talking about "fluffy fingers"? That kind of dialogue would be impossible for me to keep from giggling. When I was asked to perform Bruce's Song as a funeral eulogy in acting class, I was giggling so hard that I was crying by the third stanza. Craig is a genius in this show. Another hysterical moment is when his character is trying to convince Michael not to jump off the building. You can even see John almost break character then.
