@@RehaSunshine-yr2nj No, Toby didn't date anyone. I think the reason is just that Toby trying to enforce HR rules is a buzzkill to Micheal's over-the-line shenanigans. Also Toby's personality is a bit "down" and "buzzkill" by itself, in contrast to Micheal's hyper and chaotic personality. The whole thing is very unreasonable and cruel. Micheal has no filter and carries all his thoughts and emotions on full display, for better or worse.
