I love that they name all their characters after Russian hockey players. Mikhailov and Kamensky. So many subtleties. The GUM report. You don't see that on Three CP2!

From what I could tell, the naming of Caesar's chief nemesis as "Bluto" in this bit was a reversal of the made-for-TV King Features "Popeye" cartoon shorts of the 1960's where the sailor's rival was renamed Brutus.

No, it can't. And Russian TV is different from North American TV, so it won't show up on North American TV at all.
