I drove an old Chevy c10 like Vickie truck. We pulled race car with it and raced the truck as well in lower class. I’m telling you this to tell you one little things we did to that truck that made it worlds better towing and cutting light on track. We dropped the rear axle down took out the stock half ton coil springs and put 3/4 ton coil springs in it. No other mods and did not change front springs. Towed way better and was great off the line on track. Very cheap upgrade but very well worth it if your going to tow with the truck.

That motor sounds great ! The next thing to go will be that 700r4 input shaft. They are great trans .... but that new motor is really going to put it to the test .Good luck with. Keep up the awesome videos. God bless!
