Good job but isn't alluminum washer better than the copper washer? Copper is harder than the alluminum, it might scratch the surface causing a leak eventually...

No need to replace aluminum washers every time take washer and rub on a very flat surface on 1500 wet/dry sandpaper rotating around and repeat on both sides until both sides are flat as the one side will probably have a ridge where it tightened against that case.
