I found lilium over 10 yrs ago, I typed in soft speaking, as I was totally stressed out. It was her and lita that came up. And I've been an asmr fan ever since. I'm wearing closed-back headphones I got for music production and so at 3:10 I almost had a panic attack because I thought someone was trying to break into my house. Nothing beats ASMR on high quality headphones due to the realism/feeling like you are there, but this isn't the first time I've been tricked into thinking this by an ASMR video.

I have a stressful job. Doing protection work via executive protection, private investigations, security escorts etc. This asmr helps me relax so much. Not to mention my anxiety is horrible every once in a while, pounding heart, racing thoughts, headaches from constant feeling of threat. I need someone to kidnap me and do this in person. haha Thanks for the upload, really does help my anxiety.
