Lilium, when I was about 15 my parents started sending me to a dermatologist for my acne. There was this beautiful young woman (early 20s) who worked there who's job was to pop and squeeze pimples. You'd lie on your back on a massage table while she popped your zits with a needle. She had such a gentle manner sometimes I'd almost fall asleep. I asked her "don't you find this job kind of gross?" She said she liked squeezing pimples, and she said she got paid really well for it. Anyway I went twice a week for about 3 years, and loved it.

In the beginning? I think a lot of factors go into it, even what mood you're in or the kind of day you've had, not to mention having different triggers. I think NOT concentrating on "achieving" tingles will help :)

Uhhh...a few years? I think the best way is just to watch tons of videos. You'll soon figure out who/what you like and who/what you don't. It's pretty simple really :)

good job with the timing and reactions of people's/the viewer's (imaginary) responses. many times, you'll hear someone blitz off several detailed questions with an unrealistically small delay between each one (you can't answer questions that fast!). you paid attention to the natural cadence of conversation, and i appreciate that.

After watching the whole video, I might suggest laying down a towel or blanket onto the surface you keep the props on to muffle the sound when you set them down. Every other sound in the video was divine though! You're the ASMR pro!
