Just Thomas for me but also need music or natural sounds for some white noise. After suffering from hyper vigilance I can now not only fall asleep but also go back to sleep almost easily because of the hypnosis he has taught us to expect that takes us past defenses very quickly. During the hurricanes here recently I actually didn’t need him for anything except induction

Actually quite creepy listening to you tell a story about being able to see into peoples homes and hotel rooms when describing the contents of someone's apartment. Instead of putting people to sleep, which you may do just because the whole concept is boring, you may also make people think about what if that happened to them and that thought is incredibly creepy. I would of course always have window coverings so no one would be able to do that but the thought of some stranger peeking in on my home is disturbing. On top of that, since your name is Thomas, this story that you are narrating makes you sound like a literal peeping Tom.
