Azure ADConnect remove | Azure AD Connect Remove | Adconnect Sync Stop

Very helpful and clear.. We have a windows server 2008 R2 server which is holding an Azure AD connect. Now we want to stop the directory sync but the problem is I'm not being able to install the MSOnline module because the PowerShell version is require is 2 and our server is on 1. I tried to update the version and failed to so far. Is there any other way to do it from the Sync service manager? Thank you in advance.

I have deleted the ad sync and msol account from AD. Now the whole ad sync doesn't work. i uninstalled also all azure ad staff. How can i fixed it now?
