For bug bounties, they want you to prove impact. With SSL TLS you can only man in the middle I don't think they will pay out for that. But always worth checking what bounties are in scope with your target. One last thing some sites are aware of the issue but leave it for legacy clients to use. That's a risk they take into account. I believe this video is more geared towards pentesting as we have to report these issues on our report.

I know I am kinda late. Although the comment above me is correct, it is always good to keep the info you found regarding ssl/tls and other server configurations because sometimes you might be able to find exploits online for the configuration context of the website you are looking into.
