15/10 is Rational no but it is further simplified as 3/2 but in general p/q, we assume simplified p/q having no common factor

It does depends on common factor but 15/10 can be written as 1.5 and rational number should be either non terminating repeating or terminating hence 15 /10is rational because it is terminating and also it is written in p/q form

No... 2 divides a^2 and also 2 divides a. This is proven by the theorem... 'Let p be a prime number. If p divides a^2, then p divides a, where a is a positive integer.
