Aman Sharma minimum of epsilon 1 and epsilon 2 is the number whichever is smaller in these two epsilons. For e.g if your epsilon 1 is 0.5 and epsilon 2 is 0.7 then our epsilon will be 0.5 because thus is smaller among these two epsilons.
