I just came across your videos and they are amazing! I agree with others, a God send for me! I give you my word to make a donation if my DAT score goes up. I am certain that it will. I will know in August. You should know, we are not allowed to use a calculator at all on the Gem Chem section. The only section that we can use the calculator function of the computer is the Quantitative Reasoning section.

Thanks!! However, your last question can not be answered! Without knowing the composition of the molecule (moles) , we cannot calculate its molar mass.

In the actual/theoretical yield Question with Fe2(III)O3 if it is asking for the actual amount of O2 consumed in the rxn, why can we not use the actual yield we calculated (288g) then divide by 160g/mol Fe2O3. Then multiply by the molar ratio (3O2: 2Fe2O3) to convert to moles of O2, then multiply by 32g/mol??? I got a different answer (86.9g O2).

Lily Getachew it was def hard but you can do it! Just so you know I ended up taking it 3 times and did better every time. Just don’t waste time on hard questions on QR. the last 6 or so questions I found to be the easiest. Also use strategy when doing reading, that helped me immensely ! You can do it girl! Btw I start dental school next Thursday 🥰🦷

Have you taken general chem, organic chem, general bio or precalc yet? Take those before u start studying. If u wanna get in the mindset, start looking at dental PAT problems

I didn't start studying until 6 months after I graduated college (I graduated in December). You have PLENTY of time. You don't learn the extent of general chemistry in high school, and you don't learn organic chemistry at all in high school. I recommend taking it after organic though, because it is still fresh in your mind. I am having a hard time relearning organic
