I can't believe I found this. I'm literally in tears of happiness! I'm 61 and can't get past wanting to still see me as my high school graduation picture. I lost my bottom and top back teeth, retaining my top front teeth in a horrible car accident. Dental procedures have been painfully slow to regaining them back. Unfortunately I've noticed awful inward sinking around my mouth causing distinct lines on each side of my mouth to the point I can't stand to look in mirror anymore! I love love this video! It is the first time in so long you have taught techniques I can understand, and gives me hope. Thank you so very much! Please continue giving us more of what you have to improve on anything and everything. 😊❤

This is a great video! So informative! I am a CranioSacral Therapist and we have techniques that can help your body to release tension from the tissues and bones of the face which can also help you look younger and help with headaches and jaw pain. A lot of what I do uses the same hand holds as you. Fantastic! I jokingly tell my clients, “no extra charge for the face lift”. Now I can send them to you for some lovely education and new techniques!

Thank you for the comprehensive video. I am two months away from turning 70. I am on week 4 of using the TriPollar Stop VX and Lightstim for wrinkles LED device. The results are amazing and I am only in the incipient stages of both devices. On the days that I am not using the TriPollar (only recommended for 3x/week) I use my Nuface. I do, however, use my lightstim every day. For me, LED and RF have really taken my skin to another level. I never imagined that I good get a reduction in wrinkles and jaw tightening so quickly.

Thanks for this great info. I've been using the Oralift for two months now. I've had fairly rounded shoulders for decades (I'm in my 50s) due to always being in front of the computer...and looking at my phone far too much! I could of course always push my shoulders back, but that was no longer their natural position and they felt pretty stiff. I read that the Oralift improves posture but didn't really believe it would do anything - in fact I'd only bought it to reverse facial aging. Then about three weeks ago, I realized that my shoulders were 'released' and supple! It feels so, so much better. I'd say they haven't felt like this since I was in my 20s - I can stand totally straight with ease and know without doubt that it's entirely due to this ingenious little piece of plastic. So I absolutely recommend it, and am excited to see what it will do for my face!

I started taking care of my skin in my teens. Faithfully cleansing and moisturizing , every morning and night. Using Mary kay products. I've always exercised a lot walking and riding my bicycle. I've always eaten healthy, salads, vegetables and fruit, very little meat. I'm seventy-two, people think I'm younger. Also, I have always chewed gum, sugar free bubble gum .It may look tacky, but it really works out your facial muscles. It's a lot cheaper and safer,than using gadgets on your face. Also, I think the only way to get rid of marionette lines , is with a facelift, which I have not had one , yet.

Thanks for the tip to start the microcurrent outside the marionette area. Thankfully I only started MC a week ago, so not much bad form done. I use the Solarwave, which has red light also. Please show us how NOT to make the situation worse when using these devices. Right before stopping the use of Nuface, I’d read comments about how women thought their jowls and marionette lines got worse after using it. Scared the shit outta me.

I've been using Nuface for several years, am in my early 40s. Nuface helps my jowls and reduces my incipient marionette lines, so I continue using it. When I quit for several days, I see a worstening in these areas. I use LED as well, and find that both complement one another.

I'm not trying to be negative, just informative. How you age depends on your genetics, sun damage, and lifestyle. According to my dermatologist, trying to erase or even soften your marionette lines, nasolabial folds, or sagging jowls is impossible to do at home. I am 77 years old, but I do look much younger due to genetics! But unlike my family, I spent years in the sun without proper sunscreen, so I have some sun damage. I put sunscreen on every day, wear sunglasses and hats, and haven't had any new damage for many years. The only thing you can do at home to improve the look of your skin is with the use of prescription retinol. There are so many at- home devices and most are expensive. They might have a temporary fix, but I wouldn't waste my money.
@annedavies2885
@annedavies2885 Жыл бұрын
Retinol is not safe. When it is used it increases skin exfoliation. So skin does look great, younger. Only problem is that you only have so many skin turnovers, then you're done. If you use up the amount of skin renewals you have been given/inherited, then your skin will not work properly to protect you. Retinol is not properly described to women and,like most things marketed to women for millions of profit, women are not aware of long term-effects. No such thing as a free lunch.
@trishac9516
@trishac9516 Жыл бұрын
@Anne Davies I'm not sure where you got this information, but my dermatologist gave me a prescription for retinol that is for my specific skin. I am 77 years old, and I started using retinol a couple of years ago and, while I don't use it every night, my skin exfoliates a little and looks great. Always use as directed, and if your skin can't tolerate it, then back off. That would be true of anything.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this information. I can’t imagine what it must be like to deal with some of the (rudest) people in the comment section. How sad for them

I loved all this, you educated on how to prevent not how to cover up. Thank you. Ive also taught my self to sleep on my back, due to gravity.

Great video !! Thanks for all the explanations and advice ! 😃 I’m going to try these massages. I’m 49 and my jowls and marionnette lines are very deep and visible. ☹

Just came across your channel. Phenomenal video! Your explanation of the facial anatomy along with what causes these issues was so detailed and easy to understand. I have the ReFa S Carat Ray roller. Do you consider this a good tool to use to address the issues covered in this video along with increasing firmness, combating laxity and creating more collagen? Thank you so much for addressing aging so honestly.

Awesome video! Can you please do a video on a full routine you’d do for jowls, including products and home devices and the order

Thank you so much for this video! Love this comprehensive how-to. Have you ever weighed in on the "can you use NEWA on the forehead" debate? Lots of folks online say yes, NEWA says no/yes. Would you recommend it?

I really love this video!! I just think it’s missing how to use the microcurrent on my neck with the vertical lines caused by muscle tension. I really need to figure that out. But honestly this video I play over and over because the information is just so wonderful and organized!

Very interesting and informative explanation. I have a microcurrent device but only used it once, and I've been doing massage, which I really enjoy. I'll give the MC another try. Now I know what to do! Thanks ❤
