Mid high pocket with an amazing channel, two U's a straight and a nylon, the U's are pretty loose and the straight is reasonably tight and the nylon is the tightest. Smooth release, great hold, with just a 4/10 whip

I'm not a player who plays all the timeand i havent played very long but i currently use a maverik charger head just custom strung (no idea what kind of pocket) with an extremely low, baggy pocket with 2 nylons (well not exactly) and 2 straights. The "nylons" are just round shoelaces that keep the ball from hitting the plastic and the straights are just shoelaces and I like the thickness of the shoelaces due to the fact that (for me at least) it lets me feel where the ball is vertically in the pocket and gives me a smoother release

I use a stx surgeon strung myself, limalax wax mesh. 2 rolled nylon shooters a weaver 5 diamond shooter, and a 3 diamond shooter. Sidewall: interlock, interlock, skip hole, interlock with 3 mesh holes pulled together, interlock, interlock, skip hole, interlock, interlock. I use the gait ice shaft

I'm an attackman/ faceoff man and I use a noz x with a mid low shifty pocket. I use a 4point u, a Rolled shooter, and a nylon. It snaps off the nylon perfectly when I shoot and pass!

I use a Evo x with a mid low pocket with a U and a nylon it worked pretty good. I play X and I love feeding and wrapping around and going 1v1 with poles . Sometimes I would loose the ball cradling one handed but all and all it worked for the most part

I use tribe 7 ghost 7 with their hi-ball pocket. Really weird but it has insane hold and the pocket shifts absolutely anywhere I need it too. Stays nice and high when passing and shooting

I'm using a m80 with ECM 6d and a mid pocket with three straight shooters, I put nylons going vertically straight down the head for extra hold when cradling but the pocket still allows the ball to stay in a mid high post

for attack i use a traditional beccasue it shifts down to a low pocket while passing then shift up to a high pocket and creates a great amount of whip for shooting. Its about medium whip, and its all preference

I used a super power with mesamesh sorry not ECM haha but it had a high pocket but when I ended the sidewall I left the last two holes free without interlocking or anything and it shifts down to a low pocket for one hand cradling

I have stallion u head and a mid pocket that I feel is done poorly. When the ball shifts low cradling one hand it seems lose in the throat and it alone has way too much whip when shooting. Do you thunk the stallion u head is too wide for attack?

Stallion u 500 btw. Stx says the sidewalks are specifically designed for a high pocket but I feel like that's not best for attack

I would probably say the Evo X (attackmen version of your head) would be well. Probably 20mm ECD with 4 shooters and a low pocket, I have that and it is awesome, it has good hold, not a lot of whip, and has a quick release. Definitely Recommend it!

I play attack and I use a mid low pocket.. it works its got just enough hold. but as an attackman that's an outside shooter I don't recommended having to much whip. It will really through you off
