Beta...FIRM is a partnership firm iske upar PARTNERSHIP ACT 1932 ki provisions applicable hoti ha...whereas COMPANY is an artificial person who sells goods for profit and iske upar COMPANIES ACT 2013 ki provisions applicable hoti ha....dono ke features alg alag hote ha....dhyan se read karne padhenge.

@@theoryguru my question mam,.. his discharge orders will be consider as a lay off or retrenchment. Or it will not be considered both. Can employer discharge someone who is handicap, acc to Indt. Dispute .
