What if the child is born... But the property is to go to the child at 15 years... If at 10 years the life interest that was created prior dies.... Will the property go back to the transferor??

Vested property ko sale kya ja sakta hai possession nai Milne se phele?? Eg. A transfer property to B with condition that after the death of B property shall be transfer to C. here C has a vested interest over property but possession is not yet given. Here can C sale property before death of B.
