Yah the jimjilbang room was funny😂 The last massage I had felt great but yes the next day I was so sore😩. I will have to see if there is a Korean day spa in the ATL area. Glad you had a relaxing & fun day with your bro.😊

What an amazing experience! I didn't realize that you lived in the Bay area. I grew up there and lived there for 26 years until I met my husband. I moved to Texas. Since we still have family there one visit June 2019, we visited a Korean Day spa in San Leandro. It was quite the experience! We did the scrub and yes my skin felt pretty cool. Pretty soft. I also suffered from rosacea from many, many years. The only thing that helped me, and I tried a lot of different product, was changing my diet and not putting so much product on my face. I went to a plant exclusive diet, which means no animal products, dairy etc. Etc. It was the best decision of my life in many ways. So now I don't use anything on my face, even makeup. That was another great decision to stop wearing makeup. I felt that everything I put on my face just aggravated it even cleanser and lotions and moisturizers. So I wash my face with warm water and sometimes cool. And I also just use almond oil on my face that was revolutionary for me. Check it out. I also use Cliradex wipes and cleanser on my eyes because of dry eye/styes and demodex mites. That can also be good for rosacea because they tend to be related to each other. Sorry for such a long comment! Just wanted to share my experiences.

Wow! Thank you so much for your details on what helped you with your rosacea! I have been using some different products on my face at night, but in the morning, I don’t use anything but water on my face. I agree with putting less products on my face and I think my diet does extremely affect my face! I have noticed that I eat any dairy or nuts it really gets bad. It’ll look up some of those wipes and things that you have on your list. One thing I have noticed is that if I use a disposable face cloth when I remove my make up at night it does help keep my face softer and the bumps down.💕😊

I think you can fold the foot area backwards. It would end up as part of your seat, but you could put a thin cushion. Just an idea.

Looks like a very relaxing, rejuvenating day! I have only once spent a whole day at a spa - when we stayed for a weekend at the Suginoi Palace in Beppu. Their onsen were pretty over the top, and they had a lot of other spa services (shiatsu massage is more therapeutic than relaxing - it HURTS!!). That clay ball room reminds me way too much of stepping on leggo!! Salt caves are supposed to be great for the lungs and circulation, we used to have a meditation group which met in one. You live in an amazing area with access to so many wonderful shops and services. Lucky you! It's fascinating to be able to enjoy the experiences virtually with you.

Thank you! It was very relaxing and I would definitely go back. I’ve tried a lot of different massages in my life, but I was really surprised how this one made me feel pretty sore the next day, but in a good way.😊 so happy you enjoyed that little virtual spa date with me💕😊

I'm glad you enjoyed the Korean spa! It would be nice if you used a Korean song in the background instead of a Japanese one though. Also, for BimBimBap, for maximum enjoyment, mix everything in the bowl together. I enjoy your wonderful travel and packing videos!

@@colleenc5008 I couldn’t believe the price of this bag! Under $18 and it has so many pockets for organization and a trolley sleeve! I don’t need another bag either, but this is also one that lies flat so it’s something I can pack in a suitcase to take with me if I’m gonna be out and about during my travel adventures💕😊
