Great information and I don’t mean to be negative, but I am not sure about this jacket. Too many KZbinrs have given people the idea to stuff neck and back pillows and I had one airline count them as a personal item. I only take these items for health reasons. So, I am hoping this jacket does not give the airlines an idea to count our everyday jackets as a personal item too.

I just got back from Europe and having a jacket like this is absolutely wonderful - I do not need to carry a purse and all my stuff is safe - when it is warm I just wear a multi pocket vest = again no worries - even my normal size iPad fits into one of the pockets - yes, wear 1 size up for a vest and 2 sizes up for jacket

@@virginia3168 most airlines will allow you to bring an under seat and an overhead bin carry on however, some airlines are starting to charge for that overhead bin carryon. Just be sure to check with your airline before you book your tickets to see if you have to pay for a carry-on piece of luggage.😊

It’s crazy that she talks about the real idea and a passport card and never talks about global entry. That is your best identification for a travel in the United States and it gets you through TSA pre-check quickly.

Global entry is only required when you are coming back from overseas entering the US. What she’s talking about are travel requirements when you are entering into countries abroad. REAL and or passport cards will be required when you’re leaving the US traveling abroad.

Global entry is not used at TSA pre-check it is only used at customs and immigration coming back into the United States. Global entry and mobile passport are not new for those returning to the United States from abroad.

I looked up the ETA for the UK, for a trip I'm planning from Canada to the UK. I noticed that it's needed even if you are in transit to another destination, even if your plane lands at Heathrow just to refuel, and never approaches a terminal. I'm assuming that this will be implemented through the airlines, meaning that they will not let you board unless you have all the right documents.

Where are you located, please? I don't understand your terminology. A rollerbag - what is that? It sounds like the bag you check in at the ticket counter, but you describe it more like a carry-on bag that one brings onto the plane. I have also been allowed to bring a personal item onto the plane, which always seems much larger than a handbag and may even roll. And the profit centers you build into your video, my gosh, I just advanced beyond as much as I could. Good luck, but I didnt understand enough for this to be helpful.

These changes are going to be standard everywhere. Everything looks like it is fairly simple to do in 2025 as everyone has a computer and a smartphone these days. I research where I want to go and that countries entry requirements before booking anything so nothing is a surprise.

I would NEVER try to go in/ out of Mexico with just a US passport card. ( I am a US citizen ) It might be legal BUT not all the airport/ border personnel are familiar with the legality of of these passport cards.

At some point the airlines are going to recognize the loophole of this jacket too, and it’ll ruin just another part of the travel process/fee schedule. I don’t think that stuffing my jacket full of things would be comfortable on a flight, and where do I offload all the things when I no longer want to smuggle them in my jacket? It just seems like we should budget for a piece of luggage into our cost and make life easier. It’s a great concept, but oooh so non-practical.

I have worn this jacket on four flights with it packed, and I found that it was comfortable if you pack it a certain way.. I kind of explained that in the video that I linked. A piece of carry-on luggage costing you $35 a pop for each leg of your trip that’s going to start adding up.

If you are traveling within UK countries, you do not need to use it once you have entered the UK . it is good for two years or until your passport expires, which ever comes first.

However, if you are traveling to another country and going through customs, they may want to look into the pockets, but it may just go through like any other jacket or a piece of luggage.. just make sure you declare that customs whatever you’re putting in the jacket if it’s something that needs to be declared.

What I don't like with this ETIAS is that they are still delaying it as they say it will happen but it's still not implemented. It's going to be a mess when everyone applies at the same time if ever they get their shit together. I am traveling in May I don't want anything that will all of a sudden prevent me from doing so.

@@pamstrahan9266 it depends on your nationality, but if you are in the airside transit area, and you’re not going through customs and immigration, you will not need to have an ETA. However, if for some reason, your flight is delayed or canceled, and you need to make your way to a different terminal, you will need an ETA. Personally for me when I’m traveling and I’m going through Heathrow or any airport in the United Kingdom then I would have an ETA just in case. It’ll cost you about $10 so it’s worth it.

You only need an ETA for United Kingdom. ETIAS is good for 90 days within a 180 day period. ETIAS will get you thru both stays.😊
