In terms of footballing age he was a child and had similar experience to what a typical 18-19 year old would have at 21! We knew that and took him and didn't do any work on him knowing he needed a lot of development. It's Chelsea's fault not the player although i think if he choose Arsenal he would be balling now. We destroyed his career somehow similar to Salah situation. We never were good at developing players under Roman and we don't look like we can under these owners either.
