This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.

The fact that you guys are willing to admit that what you do doesn’t necessarily prove that the paranormal is real and that some of your experiences, Whilst seeming paranormal, could be logically explained just proves how real and honest you guys are. I feel like all the people on KZbin who fake paranormal investigations and experiences put a bad taste in peoples mouths, which makes it hard for real paranormal investigators like you guys to be taken seriously, so it’s good to see people like you guys being successful. Just watching this again before Sunday, the knock at time sig 9:38 seems to be a tap drippage.

Also time sig 12:11 ish sounds like when you’ve got drippage from a pipe under the sink and the drop is hitting the base of the under sink cupboard, and if the cupboards empty it’s gonna be a pretty good echo like a Tom drum. But I hope it is a knock.

What the range of the K2 could it be picking some up on the ledge outside the window? if it’s got even half a metre range it could pick up a bird sat or perching on the window sill out side?

Where your hearing the scurrying it’s seem to be by a window. In the kitchen behind ste where he hears a knock is a window, by the sink is a window, on the stairs is a window. So it could the glass rattling from a breeeze or wildlife ie flies, moths hitting the glass, making the k2 go off, or pigeons outside. But.. I so desperate want it to be paranormal guys.
