They are just trying to be cool saying that is there is no rivalry lol, they are our biggest rival but we are not their biggest that's the difference because they are much better historically, Holland is there biggest rival because of quality and neighbouring countries but Italy too just because Italy has beaten them so much throughout history in euros and world cup. Like Brasil is Italy's biggest rival, they lost 2 world cup finals to Brasil and many other matches too, it's a big loop tbh.

Well Wayne was right about TAA, the play on and off the ball was happening all around him and he looked lost most of the game. We've got the player of the season in the PL pushed out left whilst we're purposely avoiding using that side because Tripper is right footed and it's harder for us to play there. Foden could not get into that game whatsoever, Southgate is a master of misusing that player. Bowen came on the field and looked great, if Saka isn't getting much done I'd like to see him on the field earlier in games in which Saka looks outmuscled, Bowen has a different level of tenacity.

I'm English and always want Scotland to do well in a tournament even in 96 I was gutted we effectively knocked them out. They had played so well in that game too and McCoist should have had a hat-trick his goal was beautiful as well (KZbin it) it's probably because I'm half scottish too through my mum but I hope they manage to get a 3rd place spot and still go through and no one can deny that their fans are absolutely amazing best support so far at this tournament when Flower of Scotland starts the noise is incredible

Then the penalty taker has less pressure on him with decision making, he will have a clear mind to focus on getting it right! If the ball is saved, It's not the penalty takers fault. So taking away pressure again

i don't think the early 2000 squad should be called golden generation anymore, they stacked in midfield and defense, but overall this tournament squad are better overall, Bellingham, Kane, Rice, Walker, Foden, Stones, Saka, TAA, even based on the Euro20 performance, Luke Shaw was amazing in that tournament.

Owen was amazing and one of the best in the world...for about 5 seasons. Then injuries messed him up and he was never the same. Kane is more well rounded and has scored a lot more doing it over a lot longer period of time. I wouldn't say it's "criminal" to put Kane over Owen. Although, imagine how good Kane and Owen would have been as a 2 back in the 4-4-2 days? Kane comng deep, Owen running off the last man. Would have interesting to see.
