Instead I will keep my insanity, enjoy my vacations and be satisfied with my childhood Jawa from 1978 and find an original weapon or at least get o close version when that retro Jawa comes out next year from Hasbro.

awesome list. wow. in 40+ years of almost constant collecting, I only have one off this list. heheh -the double telescope Luke. but even that, I found the lightsaber loose in a junk drawer lot when someone cleaned out their kitchen drawers of old junk and I had to then get a nice Luke to put it in. From the list, I also want a hollow tube sand people and I’d like to get a brown snake Yoda from the variants you do own. Those two are the only variants I have left to hunt for. (I’m not bothering with a vinyl cape Jawa).

Joey, I have almost all of these variations! I have an extra Early Bird set complete, but I'm holding on to it for now....for now...The AT-AT Commander first came out in late 1981 in the Sears Rebel Command Center exclusive. In Canada, he was actually labelled "General Veers." The Imperial Commander probably was meant to be a generic Imperial, but that is actually General Veers on the card. So, there are two General Veers figures in the vintage Kenner line.

Good point! Something that you don't hear about often so good job mentioning this bit of info. I always thought of the AT-AT commander as being Veers, so it makes sense that the Canadian one would label his card that way.

It's always fun to dream about the "if money wasn't an issue" vintage SW purchases we'd make. I enjoyed your list and agreed with all your picks - but that Jawa with the removable hood is one I always forget about but find really interesting. Rick really hooked you up with a fantastic figure. Very nice of Left Coast to send you an AT-AT Commander. I just got one of those myself a couple of years ago from a friend on Facebook. It's not quite as nice as this one, but at least it doesn't have the infamous nose rub like so many loose ones do. The ones on your grail list are pretty much out of my budget unless I didn't buy anything at all for my hobby for a few years to save up. :) My list is of loose figures with passable paint and hopefully the correct accessories rather than mint (which I know is out of my budget), but they are still ones that I've been considering getting for a while. The top five grails would be: Stormtrooper Luke, Han Solo in Carbonite Chamber, Han Solo in Trench Coat and Princess Leia in Combat Poncho, and Lobot. I'd also like to have a complete set of Ewoks, so Chief Chirpa, Teebo and Paploo make up my honorable mentions. Good video on a subject near and dear to all Star Wars collectors' hearts. The journey to finding them all, or finding complete ones, or mint ones or variants keeps us going even if we've been at it for many years.

Could make for interesting videos too as there's a lot to learn about them and each vehicle has a story behind it.

"If money was no object..." Why not have the moon on a stick? If money's no object, nothing is really worth anything. That's why so many super rich people are cold and nasty, if you can have literally Anything you want nothing has any value. What can you do to upgrade the worlds most expensive superyaucht apart from get another, or three or four? The point of a Grail is that it should be attainable with effort, a little luck and being smart about it. If it's not realistically attainable, it's just another notional thing in a rich guys investment portfolio, locked away in a vault. The Legend of the Quest for the Holy Grail would be a piss poor footnote about King Arthur simply wanting it and buying it. That's not a myth or a legend passed down through generations, that's a post it note with 'remember, get milk' written on it. Sorry, I don't want to play with that kind of Grail.
