My New Vendor Booth and Garden Room Update! Catch up with me and see what I've been painting!

Hello Sweet KZbin Friends!
I am finally back with another video! In today's video I'll share some of Hurricane Helene's minor damage around our property. We only lost power for 4 days. I will also be sharing some of what I have been doing over the past several weeks to get my New Vendor Booth set up! I opened my space on September 1, so we are over 1 full month into lots of makeover projects and selling a ton of things out of my house to make room for new home decor. I will also show you the progress and color choices for the Garden Room Makeover. I think it is going to be beautiful when it is all completed. I can't wait to hear your thoughts and opinions!
I hope you enjoy catching up with me. This Fall has already been super busy for us and is going to get even busier with the holidays fast approaching. I also have some exciting news to share with you later this month!

IMO, I really like the color you have in the room. It looks good with the wood trim…..very warm. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you! It is a pretty color, isn't it?? Maybe I'll finish the wood trim and columns and see how it's looking? Either way, I have a full gallon of both colors on hand! 😁 Also, removing the blue tape really helps makes things look better. Lol! Xoxoxo

Thanks so much!!! It's been a lot of fun! As far as the storm goes, it was an eye opener that we need to get more prepared for the unexpected emergencies. Luckily, our neighbors had solar power back up and were able to get us water to flush our toilets and wash our hands! The simplest things we take for granted become the most important. Xoxoxo

was really glad to see your video pop up! looks like you are going to be very busy with everything that you have going on! congrats on your booth! my inlaws had 3 at one time in the town that we live in! they used to go down to mexico and stay 3 months every winter, when they came back they filled their booths with treasures that they had gotten down there! glad that everyone is safe from the storms, and hopefully stay that with Milton bearing down on everyone. thanks so much for sharing! xoxo

They are popping up all over the U.S. I am on a waiting list to get my booth there. I have been in an Antique Mall once but it was hit and miss, this place is always got heavy traffic so i can't wait. Looking forward to seeing everything coming up on your channel. WD 40 or candle wax for the drawer slides. That should do the trick and save you money. Hope this works. The dresser is beautiful. As always you make the most beautiful pieces. You are a true artist.

So glad you posted ---I had looked to see if you had an update after the storm. I am in Ohio but used to live in E. TN & the videos coming of the damage is horrible. Your home renovations are looking great. I love how you did the moldings in your home. You will love having a booth & you will be a huge favorite.

I saw a video ftom Florida where they installed a beautiful "Fandellier." It has a fan that fold in and out. You might want to check it out. Hard to believe it could be so pretty yet cooling, too. Your booth is just as pretty as your home.😊

Thank you! I have seen some new options like what you mentioned. This room is all out of balance, so when we move the light to be centered on the chimney wall and window, it will be kind of too close to the chimney wall, if that makes sense. I'm thinking of doing a bunch of wall sconces instead, but air circulation is always good! I'll look into the "fandelier"! Thanks! Xoxoxo

Beautiful job on the booth. Glad you didn’t have major damage from Helene. My son his family ad a neighbor have evacuated to the east coast of Florida. They could not go north, bumper to bumper traffic on Monday. Praying for all Florida residents. He’s already had two tornadoes touchdown within five miles 🙏🤞

I tried everything. I waxed them to death. 😆 I think maybe the drawers got warped at some point from too much weight in them or maybe from moisture? I'm not sure. It may end up just a nice big plant stand. 🤭 Xoxoxo
