Why I love your videos: 1. I love to hear your chatter. It is uplifting. Your inner voice is encouraging. When I get stuck, I hear your voice in my head and I’m instantly encouraged and know that it’s going to be ok. 2. You’re so creative. 3. You’re a good teacher. Thank you for sharing. You make me smile.

I went thru my jewelry box and I could NOT believe how many broken items I had just stuffed away for another day! (to fix) Not anymore, I took all the beads, tokens, gems and jewels off the earings, necklaces, and bracelets. Now I have my thread ready to create some lovely charms for my journals!!! Thanks so much for the idea!! Oh, and I couldn't believe how heavy the small container I use to put all the broken things in got at the end of rummaging!!!!

A little tape on the end helps stiffen and control the unwindiness. Learned that from crafting with young kids who you wouldn’t want to give a needle. Since you are snipping off the ends anyway... 😉 so fun!

Hi Pam. Thanks for this lovely video. If you had a tiny bit of glue at the end of your thread it will be easier to thread the bead as the end dries to a point. Hope this makes sense.

Tiny bit of glue, then roll between your fingers to make a makeshift needle. Snip it off when you're finished beading on that strand.

I have altered laper clips using all kinds of papers, but never thread and beads. These are so awesome am defianately going to have to make some of these. I think one with shells and or sea glass would be very pretty. Factors necklace that I found at a thrift Shore with just broken shells that were polished, drilled and strung on twisted cord. Pam, just this very day did I find this! So kewt! Just like you, I love me some danglies! I have those light star-shaped beads from the Dollar Tree (affectionatrly known here in town as just "The Tree") and maybe some heart ones too. ...did they have those? ...the left-over-right knot thing? I'm good the first way 💁 but reversing it, 🤦 oy 🤷🙍! I start the "normal" way, then undo it and reverse it... nothing no-brainer about it! 🙍🙎. Happy weekend m'dear. MK ❤️☀️🌵

@skeletalremains38603 жыл бұрын
It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who does this. I also had to come up with a way to organize individual project ideas because I've come up with an idea while working on one project then when I finish and try to start my idea I can't find all the things I had found to use. Now I stop and put the idea and supplies in a freezer bag. I actually just found a treasure bag I put together last year so that's my new project. Happy hunting!
