Can you help me solve the problem that I forgot the security email linked to my Microsoft account, so I cannot modify the account information, please?

Unfortunately I cannot. The only methods available are to use the options to recover your account online. There is no actual person that you can connect with that can bypass this as that is a potential security risk.

We'll help you update your security information that you can use to sign in after 30 days. If you find your current security information within those 30 days, you can still use it to sign in, but it will cancel your security information update. Learn more

No, that doesn't pose a risk to your account and content. That is simply stating that the security information on your account that was recently updated will take 30 days before it takes effect. Then you'll be able to use the new security option.
