At the end of verbs is pronounced as é - Je serai In the middle of a word it's pronounced as è - Maison :)

I am in very very very very very very very big problem😭.I am not pronouncing French R properly😭😭😭is it ok if I pronounce it like english R. Or I should use hindi alphabet (kha ख)😭😭😭😭😭😭

The English R comes from the middle of the mouth, the French R comes from the back of the mouth/throat. Practice but don't stay focus on it. The muscles of your mouth need to get used to it. So just be patient 🙂
