Thats not too far from Moorehead, I'll have to try and visit this river sometime, tho I think like alot of places the politics in charge can really ruin a state as sad as it is to say much like how my homestate of Maryland is a huge mess from what it was 10 some years ago

Yeah, at the actual headwaters, they have rock across the mouth of the river, so you can walk across it. Lovely park, too. And yeah, I think in general governments are having a tough time trying to adjust to this new, wild world that the internet unleashed. Some places are doing much better than others, though.
