This song is splendid. I think it relates to what many people must feel when looking for their life long love. It embodies a total commitment to one another, come what may. Whatever happens in this life, sink or swim, you do it together. Sadly, this level of commitment is becoming the exception rather than the rule. I feel so blessed to be at 24 years and counting with my bride. It has not always been easy, but the trials have refined us and made us stronger. For those still looking, remain true to the Lord and know that He will provide.

Oh my! As a person who has spent his entire adult life painting word pictures I must tip my hat to you for the way you craft your lyrics! When you sang abut Sherwood I sure would, I almost fell out of my chair (and not just because I’m 70) lol. Very nice song and particularly poignant for many of us in the North East of England when the 'Robin Hood tree' was vandalised and cut down recently - the tree stood at Sycamore gap along Hadrians wall and featured in the Robin Hood Movie Prince of Thieves 1991.

That's a very pretty song. But, anyway, the best thing about The Petersens in Katie. First of all, I find her fiddle playing and interpretation of songs quite captivating, it's always clever and enhances any song beautifully. And the best thing about Kaite, apart from her musicianship, the thing that always makes me smile the most, is her own lovely smile. It makes me happy to see somebody so at home and happy with the music.
