*LYRICS - Landslide* ------------ I took my love and took it down Climbed a mount'n an' I turned around And I saw my reflection in the snow-covered hills Well, the landslide brought me down Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love? Can this child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides? Can I handle the seasons of my life? Uh oh, uh oh, uh ohhh Uh oh, uh oh, uh ohhhhh Well, I've been afraid of changin' 'Cause I've built my life around you But time makes you bolder, children get older And I'm getting older too Well... Well, I've been afraid of changin' 'Cause I've built my life around you But time makes you bolder, children get older And I'm getting older too So take this love and take it down Yeah, an' if you climb a mount'n and you turn around And if you see my reflection in the snow-covered hills Well, the landslide brought me down And if you see my reflection in the snow-covered hills Well, maybe Well, maybe Well, maybe Ooh, the landslide will bring you down Album: Live Sessions, vol. 02

Nothing like three-part harmony when it has that special DNA that only siblings can have. The Petersens version is "so right" I think I'd rather listen to it over any other I've heard. In order to sell itself, the media in the United States tends to overhype events, causing things to appear worse than they are. However, the truth is, the vast majority of Americans are not rioting, do not have COVID-19, and are not worried about politics every second of every day.

Once upon a time, I had a quaint little wine bar, Where the clink of glasses sang the song of friendship, And everyone knew your name like a cherished secret. The Petersens' melodies whispered through the air, While toasts were lifted in joy, And hearts healed in the warmth of shared sorrow. Oh, those were the days-when we were young, When beauty lingered in every laugh and tear. But then, in the shadow of 2020, life shifted, And like a landslide, it swept away This small corner of heaven in London, Leaving behind only echoes of what once was.

This one is really very good. There are so many little nuances going on in the tune that are so wonderful. From Julianne's softly and slowly scratching the time signature on her mandolin, to Katie's fiddle answering Emmett's riffs during his slide solo. But the thing that really gave me goosebumps were the 3 part "Uh Oh" harmonies where Katie answers Ellen in her soprano and then Julianne answers Katie in her alto. I audibly cried out "WOW" after I heard that while sitting here all by myself in front of my laptop. Yeah... You gave me goosebumps. The production of this rendition of Landslide was so well thought out and executed. As a band you truly made the song your own. I can clearly see now after the last few posts that as a unit you are all getting better and better. The band has reached a higher level you all had not yet attained when I first discovered your channel. The idea's you're coming up with are top notch... Dare I say... World class? Yeah... I dare to say it. I love it when the body of a song can give me goosebumps... because those goosebumps help me to gauge the core excellence in a song. I trust my goosebumps... And I truly love and respect you people with all my heart. May God bless each and every one of you. Take care. sincerely, Dean O. :-I

This popped up in my suggested views and I thought to myself that these women are quite possibly the most beautiful I'd ever seen in my entire life. What a beautiful family. Bless.

I don’t think my heart was adequately prepared for just how amazing and beautiful this version of one of the greatest songs to ever be in existence is. I hope that makes sense. This is just so wonderful and has to be the BEST version of Landslide. Words can’t describe how much this version means to me. Be still my heart.

Some of my favorites of all time. They really show off everyone's incredible talent. Really looking forward to more great music from you. Hope to see you in Branson soon!

Did anyone else hear Stevie Nicks saying, "I wish I could have done that. . ." Beautiful music... and mom and dad sure did produce some beautiful children!
