I was gonna say S&W huh, I own 3 firearms from that company and they have not let me down yet. My AR10 had a problem from the factory with the gas block and I found out that it was common with the particular Sport 2 chassis. But I fixed that easy ass fix and it's never had an issue since. I DEFINITELY stand by S&W. Hopefully most people who see the thumbnail watch the whole video.

I'm sorry you got a "lemon" CR920. It is my everyday carry. I've put over 1,200 rounds of various ammo through it and, except for a couple FTFs in the first 100, it functions reliably and accurately.

@@edwinsane3769 The model that they were criticizing in the video was the first iteration of the 920 that had a particular configuration on the barrel near the breach end. They changed the design and actually replaced the older ones for people who had bought them. If you got a recent version, it should be fine. I believe that all pistols can be finicky about ammo. Every pistol I own has had FTFs at one time or another. That includes CZ, S&W, Glock, and Taurus. Find the cartridges that your gun likes and is most accurate with and it will be fine.

out of every gun i own, shadow systems has been the best manufacturer to work with customer service wise. i had a problem with a loose rear sight. seeing as there press fit, they paid for shipping and replaced the slid just for the rear sight. no questions asked. hands down the best!

What a crock of crap. The Sig P320 has had numerous problem of it firing if dropped. My Glock 21SF, S&W Shield and MP 1.0 have never had one jam with close to 1000 rounds shot through each. All are reliable, accurate and safe.

The GX4 has been reliable , have shot one for countless rounds and ZERO issues . Sig had a worse case with the P365 with early models, and that is one that I have too. Have Both, and are not early models , that is the difference . Read, study, learn, choose wisely.

You show the man from USCCA with the sccy cpx2. He had to literally drop the gun in a bucket of mud and water with the slide open. To get the gun to fail. Then took the slide off poured a bottle of water over it. Put it back together and it worked fine. The cpx2 has issues with a lip at the feed of the magazine. Which will dig into the cartridge causing a jam. An easy fix file the lip off. And the pins could start to work themselves out at 500 rounds. Sccy has a forever warranty on all their guns.

NOTE: My GX4 is not part of the recall. I bought my GX4 for my NEW EDC in June 2021 and have had 0, No, issues to this date and have run over 2900 rounds. Wasn't looking for a firearm that was Optics ready or had a 'rail'. I wanted a small 9mm that would be the best for self defense, concealment, yet have quality and be dependable. I wasn't going to be in any shooting competition with the GX4 as I have other firearms for that. Purchased the GX4 at my local Scheels and got the last one in stock at that time - 329.00. Received the pinky extensions (2) for the two 11 rd mags that were included and that completed the grip for me....good to go with my pinky on board. Of course my 13 rd mag comes with the extension. That's all I needed to do to get the GX4 the way I wanted it on my hip...or wherever I carry it. Recently upgraded to the Tru-Glow sights which is a great add-on over the factory sights. Added the Hogue HandALL Beavertail Grip Sleeve specifically for the GX4 and GX4XL. Do some have issues, sure they do. Did some Shield Plus have issues? Did the Sig P365 have any issues? Did the Glock 42 or 43 have issues? It’s a big yes to all.

I gotta say that the S&W CSX I bought new in 7/2022 runs flawlessly. I'm close to 2000 rounds. The only con I had is its hard to seat a loaded mag with the slide closed so I carry it with the 12 round mag as 11+1. I use a Vedder pocket holster btw and it's an easy carry piece.

Placing the Taurus GX4 on the list after extolling its virtues, simply because of a recall that didnt even affect the entire line, is lazy. It was a slim serial number range, and isnt an issue outside of that range. Out of the 8 I have had in my shop, only 2 were affected by the recall, and Taurus immediately emailed us shipping labels to return the weapons for free repair. They were informed of an issue, discovered the cause, then addressed it without hesitation. I own one myself that is sitting around 1000 rounds with zero malfunctions with a broad range of ammunition. The fact you recommended a finnicky Hi-Point as an alternative to another unreliable gun should have been the biggest joke.

Remington made a great pistol in the 1920s. Their M51 (.32 & .380). It was so good and so popular that Colt approached Remington and paid the board of directors over $100,000 in return for their agreeing to discontinue it, which they did. There was also a .45acp version that the USN found superior to the 1911, but in the 1920s the US had so many left over 1911s in inventory the Navy purchase request was denied by the Ordnance Board. When Remington announced a modern version of the M51 in caliber 9x19mm called the R51 a lot of folk were ecstatic and expecting a great pistol. Sadly it proved to be extreme disappointment. The design changes and manufacturing short cuts Remington had introduced doomed the gun. Remington did a recall and introduced a supposedly fixed version, it wasn't. A KZbin search will find dozens of videos of their R51 gun malfunctioning in use. Of course one will also find videos by gun dealers stuck with a dozen or more of them claiming they work well, but as a general rule of thumb, no they don't, not at all. Add in a complicated take down process, plastic parts that wear in the trigger group.and continued deterioration with use and it quickly became one of the least popular guns of the early 21st Century best used as a fishing weight. Their RP9 was their attempt to recover from the earlier fiasco. It too failed almost as badly and soon after Remington filed for bankruptcy,

Bought one thinking it would be a cool gun based on another cool gun, it had some issues that made it less of a keeper and I normally keep all my guns

@@GrayD1ce I totally agree. After I made my own R51 videos I found a buyer who wanted to try fixing it. Sold it and wished him luck.

@kenibnanak5554 tried to fire it one hand with another gun in the other, the little hammer fired sig, couldn't get the r51 to fire in sequence for fun, wasn't going to bet my life on it

@@GrayD1ce One of my tests for a pistol being acceptable is will it fire as fast as I can an entire magazine without a jam? R51 didn;t even come close to that. bang click. Stage 2 is repeat the test with 3 different bullet shapes in the magazine. LoL, couldn't even get the R51 to fire 2 rounds of anything without a jam. Eventually it just stopped firing completely, which is when I sold mine. Most unreliable pistol I had ever owned.

@kenibnanak5554 I have settled on one 9mm round gpt my 9mm pistols as it works and I have had to use that more than once to test other people's 9mm when they are not working, my test gun will feed anything 9mm but other guns are fussy

Glock is the best hands down I use a Glock 19 gen 5 mos and own Smith and Wesson and a CZ shot multiple others Glock is best reliability top tier durability top tier everything else top tier

Shadow systems are just an overpriced cheaper version of the PSA dagger which conquers the Glock clone industry and Iowa. Even go to say that would go ahead. The head with the 19 and a lot of reviewers prefer the P s a dagger after review over the nineteen

There's nothing wrong with the M&P Shield. It's one of the best guns I own for carry. I think if S&W saw this thumbnail and watch the video, there could be a deformation lawsuit coming.
