For me, after basic exposure adjustments, the starting point of the edit would be in the calibration module to make the most of the Autum colours. Then, onto the other colour modules for more separation or harmony of colours in the image.

You really did a nice job of managing the colour in this image. Thank you for sharing.

Great color guide! Love that you attached a picture so we can actually do the same and not just see. Much more educational. Thanks ;)

Oh, the auto transform works well for some images, if not then I use the grab the handles. I'm leaving my Z8 at home (when not photografing shore birds) and using my OM-1 to focus bracket leaves. I'm getting some fantastic images. I wish my Z8 could focus bracket on the fly like the OM-1.

All it takes is a tilt and shift lens and you get it right

That doesnt make much sense :/ and even if it would make sense, not everyone has the money to spent on a niche lens when instead you can just use a bit of LR. (I do love Tilt shift lenses for miniature timelapse video though)

Your color work is spot on. But if you want straight/perpendicular/parallel trees why not go to a tree plantation? Saves a lot of time in post.

no you can't fix all trees with lightroom, only 3 vertical lines, the only way to do it is with photoshop.
