In this film Mark looks at the different file formats that as photographers we generally use and why to make sure we are using the right format, especially when file storage is a prime focus for workflow.
Besides, for looking at the RAW File, The Tiff File & The JPEG File in file sizes and practicality he also talks about his “HUMAN” system to minimise the data loss from a JPEG file.
In the file comparison section, he looks at 2 files and their different file sizes when processed from either Lightroom or Adobe Camera RAW.
The film topic covers probably things we all know but tend to ignore, but once you see the amount of file storage needed you will start to question your workflow and storage for the future.
