literally blown away by how relatable and cool sapp is. for some reason growing in the early 2000s sapp was portrayed as a beast like grumpy guy even though he played with so much joy. and I probably fell victim to that because I never held him in a positive light but after watching this I have a new respect and appreciation for him. very well spoken, open and transparent. and he has a genuine soul, we all make mistakes and I pray he continues to live with the same joy for the rest of his time. 99

To some of the young bucks that never saw Sapp play. All I gotta say is the man was a wrecking machine. That Tampa defense was insane, Rice on the outside, him and Booger McFarland on this inside. Qbs had NO TIME to throw the football, and they very rarely had to ever blitz. The way he could collapse the pocket from the inside was just crazy, and he was equally as good against the run. As an Eagles fan that 02 NFC Championship game still gives me nightmares.
