I enjoyed the convention. They seem to have a point of emphasis on providing a lot of teach and play sessions and a robust way to sign up for games prior to the convention rather than rely on picking up plays once you were there-though of course, there was a lot of that going on, too. It was perfect for a person like me who is not the most aggressive at shoehorning my way into pickup games with strangers. I got in plays of Churchill, Time of Crisis, Quartermaster General, some playtests. A very cool time, right by the beach.
