you can ask for military access then declar war on them, it gives -5 stab (in your case -3 because of machivalelli and diplo ideas)

Is half stating everything in late game actually more efficient? Whats the benefit over full stating a small part and letting the rest on territory?

Absolutely! Would you rather have 40% autonomy in 100% of the world or 0% in 1/4 of the world. Also this translates into more manpower, and money

@@Theplaymaker57 I see, but doesn’t gov cap scale with the level of stating? If you full state a quarter or half state half of your provinces, the governing capacity is going to be the same, no? Am I missing something?

@@ganovengustav I will take my current Poland save to give you an example. Lets take the state of France. Currently I get a state income of 17.58. With a governing capacity of 1.43. Now I went ahead and paid for those cores. Now I get an income of 18.61 with 71.50 Governing Capacity.

Sure, its a super old PC with a 1080 graphics card and then I5 of that year basically. 2 Tb SSD. 64 gigs of rams (Gifted, would not normally get this much) nothing special.
