About the "wow/wah" thing she's doing: It's common among Hindustani Classical Music (India & Pakistan) listeners. The listeners who even have some understanding of music can tell where the singer pulls off an intricate melody/note or does something amazing with their voice. It's an immediate appreciation for the singers.

Aishik Ashraf Runa Laila is Bengali (Ethnically) and we have had other singers on par with Pakistani and Indian singers. Shenaz Rahmatulliah was a very renowned singer in Pakistan. She actually recorded one of their most patriotic songs Jeeye Jeeye Pakistan. Also Sabina Yasmin may not be a name in Pakistan or India - but in terms of capability, she is good as any in the subcontinent. Anyway the comment wasn’t about how good/bad singers are. It was about the wow/wah comment. Bangladeshi artists/public also say “wah” when they hear a complicated melody or vocal note being pulled off by a singer.

It is called Jugalbandi in India - musical "fight" between two singers or instrumentalists. But the jugalbandi Salman Ali vs. Sunny Hindustani is much more better, it is unbelievable.
