Huge Water Slide Attraction Polishing

I know that I'm late but I'd like to know how you waxed the higher parts of the slide. I have a similar job here in The Bahamas and I'm honestly stumped on how I can reach those heights. Hope you can find the time to reply to this.

If you disable the auto white balance on the camera it won’t do the weird color correction on the slide, it’s confused and thinks the yellow is supposed to be white, so it does what it can to make that a reality- or rather less.

Tell me do all parks polish slides? When I went to Turkey I went on a slide with my little one on my lap but embarrassingly I stopped half way having to shove myself the rest of way.

Hey Sir. So, the manufacturer provides the required frequency for waxing and polishing. Ours recommends twice a year. But for body slides, we typically perform this task at least 3 times a summer. Most slide manufacturers don't allow for multiple riders on body slides, as you'll have to sit up. This increased friction on your bottom.

Manually set the White Balance on your recording device to anything other than 'auto' and you will avoid that colour changing at 3:18 from ever happening again.

Don't know if it helps but u can probably use something like an orek orbiter or a 175 to do all the low flat spots much much quicker and be standing when u do it. We use them to clean and polish tile

We use an Oreck orbiter for this slide also. It helps to an extent.

If your camera has the option you can try turning off the auto white balance and that would help when you are in side the slides with solid colors :)

At my local waterpark there are optical sensors that are at the top and bottom of the slide so they know when you come out on the other end. Do you guys have them?

We have them for an attraction that would otherwise be a blind dispatch. This attraction is not blind dispatch, so it based on vision observation by the operator

That interesting, I'm pretty sure I've never seen any sizable slides in the UK without some sort of optical or camera system whether or not there is an operator at the top. Even small unattended slides, think less than 20 foot seem to have some sort of traffic light system. Perhaps it's just the few places I've been!

@@Luke.Holmes dispatch systems are very typical in aquatic facilities in the UK. Not too sure why, but all the videos and promotions ice seen form the UK has some sort of rd/green light.

Why does the water go in the grates only to come out again?

This is for water flow direction in the "sphere". The shape of the sphere requires less water to create an oscitation and then expel the raft toward the exit. If it was just all water flow, it may create a flow that keeps the raft inside the sphere.

I have dealt with a few manufacturers. Each has their pros and cons. I think they all are great. WWW has been great to us. The product has been good, but the service has been stellar.
