I love this elegant little book. I am thinking of perhaps making a few of these up for those sitting hospice. I know its a sad situation, but having done it quite a bit in the last few years, I would perhaps filling most pockets with a tag containing a sweet memory of the person who is ill, how much they meant to me, then give it to the relative/friend sitting the most, with a gift card in the back for a meal out. I will make up a few ahead. the flat box makes for easy storage. It can be a keepsake plus the meal out will be a help. Thank you again, Sherri.

I love this project, Sherry! Flat-fold boxes are wonderful! And your gift card holder is the bomb! When you were folding your pages accordion style (and before you glued them together) I thought how cute that would be to open a book and have the pages fan fold out with photos and different messages or ephemera on each page front and back, and adding a closure to keep them hidden away. Inspirational is what you are! 💙
