I'm not sure how you knew but these card tutorials are 100% what I needed. On impulse I bought 8 boxes of cards from my DT last year, they were on clearance for a quarter each and I couldn't pass that price up but I didn't have any good creative ideas for using them. I've been watching your channel grow and I hope it takes off, you have an incredible talent for both crafting and teaching and seem to really enjoy what you do. Can be used with any and all occassions cards....honey girl the 8 haters who did not like this video are just haters...you explained the steps plain and simple...I love this ideal...I make shadow box cards and it's fairly easy but I have to use a lot of paper...I can see how incorporating the greeting card will help me to achieve a more polished look! These are the most fabulous ways to use up greeting cards, my cards came with matching envelopes, from some advertising companies. I used the envelopes to make matching gift bags for these small books, etc,. I sure hope your day is getting much better...Thanks so much for all your wonderful inspiration...I am now back in my Craft Room making things! There are tutorials on KZbin on how to make the gift bags from envelopes.

Morning Sherry Hi Breakfast Club Very cute project with another cool closure. And it's also a very fine recycling craft. This adorable little book reminds me of the Life Saver books that use to come out around Christmas time. The book held 5 rolls of candy. You know those little round, fruity candies with the hole in the center. Do they even make Life Savers anymore??

You could make your own one layer card, a stamped card or just use some pretty and sturdy cardstock and still make the boxes and other cool books!
