The Idea of building a city in agricultural lands is totally absurd. Fact check on couple of points mentioned by Sekhar ji: 1) Andhra feels they have right for Special Category Status - This is wrong, SCS was mentioned in parliament during the state bifurcation. People in Andhra were asking to honor the commitment. 2) Pawan Kalyan stayed with BJP starting from 2014 till now: This is not correct, Pawan Kalyan broke away from NDA before 2019 elections due to the SCS issue. In 2023, he again formed alliance BJP and later got TDP was also onboarded to the coalition to ensure opposition votes won’t get split.

I am from AP and you got most of it right. Jagan stopped the capital and polavaram not just because of funds, but because he is a criminal and a psycho. He is A1 in morenthan 30+ ED nd CBI cases. Sorry to say but most of your analysis is wrong. I will point couple, may be if it makes sense and also for you to check the facts.. 1. Jagan was defeated because the crimes he and his party committed to the public and no development other than the schemes that he is offering for smaller percent of the population. He infact closed majority of aided schools and moved students to the schools far away from their homes. 2. Chandra Babu Naidu didn't went for the coalition with BJP. Pavan also announced if BJP doesn't come into the coalition, we both will continue into the elections without BJP. Amith Shash telephoned Babu, the day before Babu is about to announce major chunk of candidates to be contesting in the elections from his party. Amith Shash called and asked Babu to come to Delhi for discussions on the coalition. 3. Pavan Kalyan was not in coalition with BJP since 2014. In 2014 he supported from outside with out contesting. In 2019, he contested in elections in coalition with CPI and CPM (who are anti BJP like north-south poles). Not with BJP. BJP contested individually and got NOTA ke CHOTA party in AP. Got 0.8% votes in 2019. Pavan joined NDA only in 2023. Please provide correct analysis as people may listen to you and can assume Ravan and Ram are brothers..

His investor friendly approach and bringing global leaders like Bill Clinton and Bill Gates to invest in Hyderabad sparked off a IT gold rush that many others followed. Had the people of Andhra retained their faith in him in 2019, Andhra would be a bustling investment rich state on it's way to rival Gujarat by 2045. But unfortunately Jagan Reddy and his YSRCP have left Andhra an underdeveloped and bankrupt state that Naidu has to now revive.

Whether some section like it or not, this time of TDP went alone they might have won but with narrow margin as the vote split might happened. Because of the maturity of Pawan Kalyan, the split didn’t happen and the low level cadre supported each other. BJP supported in the sense of law and order not to favour in the direction of of YSRCP otherwise fake votes blowups have reigned and during polling anything would have happened. BJP won those seats because TDP and JSP voted for BJP.

He has a lot of challenges to confront and resolve. First on the list is developing a roadmap for the revival of the State capital which was his pet project. After coming to power, Jagan scrapped the plan and chaos ensued. Mr Naidu needs massive investments and with increased say in Delhi he is bound to bargain for a financial package. Secondly, he needs to boost the state's finances and exchequer. Andhra is in an economic mess and precarious financial situation. Third is to end the cycle of political vendetta that has gripped the state's polity and governance affairs. Restoring people's trust in mainstream politics is also on the cards.
