A master chef must have solid knowledge of the tongue, the stomach.. And how these two are linked to the mood, the emotion and overall well being of a person...

Enough of politics and mundane topics...nice to see discussion on cooking. India has a rich culture so allocate airtime ro cover arts, music, dance, languages, diversity, wellness, tourism, books, local drama etc

What i like is open ended question...chef became philosophical, but questions were to the point
