​@@deveshpandey7489 Doesn't work like that, in my view. Political parties don't respond to situations and correct in the right direction like a highly rational human might. There will be multiple conflicting interests pulling from all sides. But importantly - if Dems came to power, their leadership would have been tempered by American bureaucracy and general national interests. When they are relegated to opposition, fringe elements are more likely to gain further dominance and shift them further to left, even though such policies were among the chief reasons for their present loss.
